1. 可接受用途
Klar 面向合法的企业数据分析与报表交付场景。禁止：上传他人隐私数据、 产出误导性报告、用于未授权自动化/爬虫、违反当地法律法规的内容。
2. 账号
你对账号下的所有活动负责。请妥善保管密码；怀疑泄漏请立即重置。 共享你的 JWT 等同于共享账号。
3. 积分与计费
新账户赠送 30 免费积分。功能积分消耗见定价页。充值不可退款， 剩余积分账号注销后 30 天内可申请兑付。
4. AI 输出免责
AI 生成的报告、图表、洞察仅供参考，不构成商业决策或法律意见。 使用者对下游决策全责。
5. 服务可用性
我们争取 99.5% 月度可用率，但不对断线、数据库故障造成的间接损失负责。 严重中断会在事后 72 小时内发布故障报告。
6. 终止
你可随时注销账号。违反本条款时我们可立即终止服务而不退款。
English summary
Klar is provided "as is" for legitimate business analytics. You are responsible for your account, uploaded data, and any downstream decisions derived from AI output. Credits are non-refundable; accounts can be terminated for ToS breach. We target 99.5% monthly uptime and will publish a post-mortem within 72 hours of any major incident.
